      I have always been very impressed with this bank as I have multiple personal and business and three separate vehicle loan through them. But when they stepped up and help me get the PPP lonn that was the icing on the cake! Cannot say enough about how amazing his bank is!!!

      The worst location in U.S not even recommending to use TruMark anymore. My friend mom visits for one single request around noon. It just receiving a piece of paper of transaction and this asian woman don’t even say hi to her customer and she said just one moment and they went out for lunch, probably did that on purpose. Me and my whole family just stop using it after all close all the account. Just not worth to go there

      The car dealership I purchased my car from used trumark to finance my auto loan. Trumark automatically opens an account for those who use their services. So, once my loan was paid off I decided to close the account. Service was friendly enough, but the woman helping me did not ask for any ID or other form of verification, other than the account number. Kind of scary to think that you could potentially cash out someone's account with just the account number.
