Judy (savior). Was having issues that seemed to linger working through PNC telephone & chat customer services so figured I should stop in a branch for help. Judy knew what the issue was, came up with a temporary and a permanent solution for me. You can tell she cares and has learned just about everything over her 33 years at PNC.

I left feeling unwanted and highly disrespected. After making two transactions I asked the teller if I could have the code to use the ladies room. The manager came out off his office and stated "we don't have restrooms for public use". Excuse me sir its not like I walked in off the street. I am a multiple account holder who just made two transactions and I can not use the ladies room. Basically, my money is good enough for PNC but I'm not! I WILL NOT continue to do business with this establishment. The sheer lack of good customer service, poor judgment, humility and subliminal racism was truly astounding!

By far the best banking experience I have had in a long time. Kristin was great to deal with. she is a great asset to any place she choses to work at. I am sure I will see her more up through the ranks. Thank you Pnc for having clean , friendly and caring branch in my area. till next time
