      PNC Bank has no loyalty to customers. I put in a claim for an item I bought on-line and never received, and after "months" of "constantly" asking them to do something, they finally investigated my claim. The result: The company who ripped me off says that they did not rip me off. PNC's response: OK. We believe you over our customer. Case Closed! I NO LONGER bank at PNC!

      I am having a terrible experience with PNC Bank on Church Street in Rocky Mount NC. In 2008 my father paid off a $5,000 loan off his Nissan Frontier pickup truck. He have been trying for months to get the lien removed so he can transfer it to me. I have gone to the DMV three times and was told on the last occasion two weeks ago that there is a section that PNC Bank needs to sign so DMV can remove the lien from their system and have it transferred to me. I FedEx the form to PNC Bank after speaking with a loan officer who told me that she would take care of it. It's been more than a week and still nothing from her. I have called and left messages for her and still not a single call back. At this point am driving the truck with a dead tag because I am unable to get proper tag because PNC Bank is fail to remove the lien. I refuse to mention the loan officer name in this post but I am extremely disappointed with this Bank and the way they treat their customers. Maybe they want me to go to jail for driving on a dead tag. I am writing this review out of frustration. Please PNC Bank please remove the damn lien from this truck so I can drive legally. Wish I could give your bank zero stars instead of 1.
