      Horrible customer service. We usually use the bb&t on sunset but I needed rolled change for my business so I went to the bigger branch on benvenue. I also got $1 bills in 100 stacks for my business. Over the weekend it was counted and found that $12 was short. I went in today to ask about it and if the bank couldn't do anything about it then that was fine, but I talked to a bank manager and he was so rude and accusatory. He basically told me I should first check my employees for the shortage and told me to either leave peacefully or if I wasn't happy then to close my accounts with bb&t. I have never seen such horrible customer service.
