  Chase is the best!!!! He helped us out in a situation when most people would not. Thank you chase you deserve a promotion! I have been a costumer with PNC for many many years and this is the reason why. They really helped me last minute. The PNC is located in a good location and Is very spacious. Nice location to visit if you need anything.

  STAY AWAY from PNC bank and their website. This morning I was unable to login to my checking account. Calling customer service was of no help, they blamed my phone and my internet browser, and to seek help from the family members which is none of their business. Then how come that I can login to another bank with no problem whatsoever? Finally was able to login from both Chrome and Firefox, which I shouldn't be able to do according to the PNC customer service. This is how much they know. And my phone still works.

  A convenient location, however often inconvenient service. Despite numerous signs stating you can receive banking information/advice without an appointment as long as you sign up to enter a virtual waiting room, I've been advised on two occasions here this isn't the case and you must have an appointment. Today, after being told that and leaving the premises, I received a call that they were ready for me to enter for my "appointment". On numerous occasions, I've been instructed to call customer service instead of speaking to a live banker at the branch site. I understand everyone is busy (myself included), however I value a face-to-face interaction, particularly when I'm attempting to resolve an issue with my account, something that always seems like an inconvenience to this branch. I am overall usually pleased with PNC bank, however less so with recent interactions at this branch.
