I stop in just to say hi because the staff are so friendly and sweet. They know I love them and wouldn’t do that for any other Pnc location even 😂

They have the best bank customer service I’ve ever had in my life! Best manager, best staff, and they’re always available even without appointments. Other PNCs have long lines, and this one is so nice because you can walk in and they always make time for you. They also offer Finacial coaching way better than other places to the point where I don’t even need to see a separate Finacial advisor. They’re super nice, fast, professional, never made a mistake in all 3 years I’ve been with them. I think the staff actually might like working there and aren’t faking being happy. The staff actually learns how to pronounce your name, and I have a super long last name. Great service, but the best part to me tbh has to be how there’s never any lines and it’s so fast to go there. In and out instant. No other bank has served me that fast.
