This branch used to be very helpful and had good customer service. Today my experience was totally different. The staff's attitude dropped substantially, and was not able to show their care for the client's need. I actually just opened a savings account and was planning to deposit more savings. But based on my experience today, I will be closing all my accounts at PNC soon.
