This PNC Bank location is inside of the Giant grocery store. The location is convenient if you are on Rockville Pike and there is enough parking for the Giant grocery store. But parking can be hard to find during busy times. The mini branch and ATM is next to the entrance and is easy to spot. The visit was quick and easy!

JUST BOUGHT A NEW HOME IN THE GREAT STATE OF WEST VA !! AND HAVE TO SWITCH ALL INFORMATION TO THE NEW ADDRESS WAS INFORMED I NEEDED TO CALL THE LIEN HOLDER TO GET A PHOTOCOPY OF THE TITLE. SO I CALLED THE 1800 NUMBER SPOKE WITH A VERY NICE LADY WHO GAVE ME BAD INFO TO GO TO BRANCH THEY WILL PRINT OUT COPY OF TITLE ...SO I GO THE REP CALLS THERE CORPORATE OFFICE TO TRY TO HELP & THEY TELL HIM I WAS TOLD WRONG INFO FROM THERE REP & THAT I HAD TO GO TO A WEBSITE TO OBTAIN. THE WEBSITE IS JUST SOME RANDOM TITLE PRINTING COMPANY WITH NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BANK YOU PAY THEM AND THEY MAIL IT TO YOU !! WTH I COULD DO THAT MYSELF .. THEN AFTER NOT HELPING THEY ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM ...REALLY! LASTLY, MY WIFE IS WITH NAVY FEDERAL THEY DID THIS FOR HER IN 5 MINS.
