  This place is going downhill quickly. I urge everyone NEVER to use them for anything. I first got a primary mortgage through them and they forgot to pay my escrowed taxes for a year and they told me to figure out. (The loan officer inputted the wrong parcel ID number during closing). I just tried to get approved for an investment mortgage. It took 4 days to receive and I was approved for less than what I already have in assets/ savings. To top things off, my credit card numbers get stolen quite frequently. I recently received a $50 late fee because I was not informed i needed to renew my automatic payment after a card was stolen. After multiple phone calls, They will not waive anymore than 1 late fee and you can not formally file any complaints. There is no backing in the branch either. They give you corporate’s mailing address to send a letter to which we know will fall on deaf ears. It is a total scam! They are hiring unqualified candidates who have no idea what they’re doing and no longer want to help the customer.

  Place is horrible. Manager horrible. Nothing but issues. Go today 10 mins before 9 wait 20 minutes at drive through to make a simple deposit. Nobody's there..push the call button..no answer. Go to go inside side door wont allow you in. Must use front door. 8 customers deep, 1 teller. Howard there trying to keep people happy and answering phones. 1 teller. 1 deposit made 40 minute later. I don't even want to mention other things like closing out accounts. Done here, GAME OVER.
