      Opened an account a week ago only to have it be locked. On the phone for two hours only for them to tell me that I have to go to the bank. Went there and they told me they had to call a number but the line was closed. Had to go back to the bank told them what I needed and they acted like it was the first time they ever had that request and then after all that they to tell me my account was closed. Waste of time. They also do NOT listen at all. I had to repeat myself constantly. Would not use ever again.

      They're extremely rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. They will close your account without warning(during the holidays)and then you have to chase them and call around to find out where your money went (oh and the way they make you aware is a email that says your account balance is $0 no reason attached just your account is $0)and then hopefully hopefully a month later you'll hopefully finally get your money in the mail. Do yourself a favor and go to PNC they're the easiest to deal with but there are alot of choices in the same area. Anyone will be better and treat you better. This company and their workers are garbage.
