      My favorite PNC branch loves the Tellers so awesome and friendly and they make sure there is always candy in my purse for my husband!!!!

      The tellers are genuinely nice and I’m sure don’t make the decisions that negatively affect customer service. For example Saturday 12 pm and only ONE drive up window open. WHY.. 6 cars backed up and the lane they chose to keep open was blocking people from the drive up ATM. since Covid the lobby has had reduced hours. most businesses are trying to get back to regular hours but this bank still restricting hours. They always call wanting to invest your money in other things. No thanks you can’t even handle peoples drive up needs
