      The people working here are nice but the bank itself is terrible. The atm never works, and their online banking apps services are always unavailable.

      wish i could give NO STARS to this horrible, nasty place. when they took over BBVA (ruining a GREAT bank here in desert hot springs), PNC stripped the place of any niceties and customer service went out the window. except for ONE employee left over from BBVA days, they people working there are rude and extremely un-helpful. i TRIED to give them a chance for a few months to see if there was any improvement...HA! i made the very intelligent move to go to a credit union and SUCH a HUGE improvement in attitude and in customer service. at 65, ive seen MANY banks...this is worse then BofA and CHASE combined. be a customer at your own risk. youve been warned.
