      I've found out this branch has a new Branch Manager. She was so helpful and the staff is more professional now and more attentive. I didn't use to go to this branch but it is now my go to branch. It's better than downtown.

      50 minutes to make a deposit. Then I get up there and your teller was very rude. You keep one teller open with a very long line. The banking here is terrible since the changeover from bbva
