      Ever since they switched from compass to PNC, I have had issues with this bank releasing money timely on autopay. They are not sending money out to the merchant when the merchant order is requested and causing excessive hold times on deposits. Waiting 5-10 days for any deductions to update. Thus, causing a delay in payment. They never can tell me the accurate amount in my account. Which makes banking with them difficult and frustrating. I think I am going to switch to Navy Federal if they cannot get their practices together.
