      I have been to this PNC multiple times and they have always been helpful. This past time they exceeded my expectations. I met with a teller named Alexis. She was very welcoming and helpful. Within 10 minutes she was able to help solve all of my problems while maintaining a great conversation.

      I did not feel welcome when talking to a teller for the last two visits to this branch since February although the staff I met before that gave me pretty good impression. I personally think they should receive more training in customer service because the position requires them to work with humans, which needs patience, understanding, awareness of their own body language, cultural sensitivity and communication skills. For the bad experience I have, I felt quite disappointed when my questions and requests were responded in an unfriendly humiliating manner.
