      This bank used to be very good ,now they try to upsell you credit cards what not. Which I understand is business,the ATM is the biggest gripe I have. Half the time you cannot deposit cash,or it spits out half a stack. It's old ,dusty and needs a new machine (also damaged by thieves) you can see the marks around the card slot. Also somewhat years back we tried to get a loan for a house. We did everything they said we needed to do. They still denied us. I went to another bank got approved even on BETTER terms than pnc offered initially. I'll be looking for a new bank soon, the only thing positive I can say about PNC is their app. But most banks now have that .. You also have to pay a fee on one of your saving accounts which is ridiculous.
