      I thought this bank was excellent! I called them, got an appointment same day, opened an Account with no fuss whatsoever. Brittany was very pleasant and did a very good job helping me, and all the other staff were nice too. It does help that PNC is an innovative bank. I already have the Virtual Wallet and Zelle, plus 3 accounts in 1! The location for me is excellent, right on the Thread, you can walk or cycle there. Ample parking for drivers. No complaints from me!

      PNC NEVER can help you. Leaving the bank today.... couldnt do a home loan in less than 50 days closing in January.... so went with Ameris Bank who I dont even have an account with. TODAY I CALLED 1 MIN AFTER OPENING AND THEY ARE BOOKED FOR THE DAY??? CANT SEE ME TIL MONDAY? Goodbye.
