      I love this bank they approve my mortgage loan when no one else did. The staff is awesome and Kristin Lane is the best shes wonderful and very helpful with any question and concerns you might have thanks bbva compass for everything.

      Honestly, I liked this bank when it was BBVA Bank not PNC…. BBVA app was very easy to setup and easy to understand. Also, BBVA App never was unavailable to check my account and I always got alerts come directly to my cell phone. All of these things PNC procrastinate about. Very Dissatisfied, thinking about going to Another Bank

      If I could enter a negative 5, I would. Just spoke to the rudest and least helpful "customer service rep" that I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. If you have a crisis with a child out of state and need help from these people, you will be in trouble. Rep never even asked my my name or the account numbers in question. Funny I guess this woman thinks BBVA Compass is the only bank in town. I have been on the fence regarding closing all accounts here. All doubts removed now.
