      We called with a question on re-sending our car loan documents using the 888 number and got redirected to this branch. Unbelievably helpful and even warned us against our local branch (He was right, Sparta is incredibly useless). He conferenced in the right people and took care of everything

      I have personal checking account for 10 years about with this bank.This is the most disgusting bank to deal with. I have good amount of deposit in my account. Whenever I ask for a couple of rolls of change These people always say no. The answer is we have limited change. Ok You have limited change But you are not out of it. So adamant they are They will not give you even one roll of quarters. The lady manager who refuses to tell her name even Is super disgusting. If you want to speak to her She doesn’t have time to talk. Even will not return the call. She should be demoted to the position of teller. Rather She should be fired from her job for having worst customer service. My next step is I am going to call the corporate office to make a formal complaint against her.

      The people their are nice. The hours pnc has are ideal. Just most banks I've went to; account or not. Have no issue giving me change.
