      My daughter has her first account with PNC as she starts in College. She came today June 30th to this branch to get a debit card. They told her their machine was broken, to come back tomorrow. They felt that answer was sufficient. She asked how long it would take to get there if they mailed it and they said they have now idea. Incompetence and horrible customer service at the same time. She wants to just return but if I had my way I would have her close her account and find another bank. I will seriously never be using PNC for any future banking needs, I suggest you do the same.
