      This is a nice bank, this is not the one Brain Wells robbed, that was at 7200 Peach Street where UPMC Urgent Care is now.

      The PNC branch at 5001 Peach St. really frustrates me. They used to have withdrawal tickets out in the lobby. I would take a few so I could fill them out prior to going to the bank thus saving me time and hassle of doing it there. Now you have to get them from the teller and fill them out on the spot. I was told it was a security reason so someone else couldn't withdraw money from your account if you lost the filled in ticket. BULL !! Don't they ask you for ID ? Why is it the same way with deposit tickets ? I am able to get withdrawal tickets from other branches. Not from this one. I go there because it's close to home. I'm considering leaving PNC and going to the Erie Federal Credit Union at 3503 Peach St. They don't inconvenience the customer....
