      They lie to your face and make assumptions that are incorrect. Don't go in there with a real problem. They will say they are working on it and never get it done. There was one banker who went around to her boss and every other saying I wasn't locked out of my bank account because she didn't know how to solve it.

      Do Not Ever get a loan from PNC! I have called 3 times in the past month to have a mistake fixed and they have still done nothing. Calling a 4th time today. Ridiculous. Never get a loan from PNC, Worst bank ever!
