      The transition from BBVA has not been the best. The employees at PNC at this location have performed as best they can. Most customers while I have been in the branch have been disgruntled or unhappy. I have seen these PNC employees perform to the very best of their ability and that is all they can do. It's not perfect but nothing is. I appreciate their best efforts.
