      I had to drive from Bedford to Grapevine to get a check cashed on a Friday. I checked the hours online before leaving to go over there and it says they are open until 6:00 on Friday only. However, when I got there they were closing. When I finally got some to answer me in the drive thru he told me they close at 5:00. When I told him it says 6:00 online he told me Google must be wrong. Definitely glad I don't bank with them!!

      The worst attitudes ever! They basically made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. I started out with Compass, which was purchased by BBVA, which was purchased by PNC. I will be closing both personal and business accounts and going elsewhere.
