      PNC is a great place to bank and this location is excellent. Very friendly employees who really care.

      Don't go walking in if you have any personal banking business such as opening a new account etc. They want you to have an appointment in advance. Banker and manager didn't have any customers, teller had two people in the line. Banker wouldn't help without prior appointment. Save your time do your banking online.

      I loved this bank when they first came to the area but now it's impossible to get anyone on the phone. It's actually a nightmare. Customer service is terrible. All they're good at is adding extraneous fees... nickel and dime you. I pity the people who don't have money in their account... PNC is definitely not the bank for you.
