      The other PNC branch sent me here. THE WORST employees EVER! They denied my withdraw because my signature didn’t match my drivers license…. Because that was more than 10 years ago. Never again doing business at ANY PNC location.

      BBVA Stonebridge was my branch 2008. The staff is great, friendly and easy to work with. Since becoming PNC took over - I'm looking for another bank to do business with. The staff is still great but it has been a difficult transition to PNC. I have been on hold with customer service, as we speak, for 45 minutes. How can you claim 24/7 service but response time is so bad.
