  Tammy was so helpful to me as I was looking for my first home. She always made herself available if I had questions and took the time to respond thoughtfully so that I really felt empowered to make the right decisions for me. She was with me throughout my two year search and she helped me stay positive by reminding me that the right house would come at the right time.   To Everyone who is looking for a Mortgage Lender who is First in Class, look no further. Tammy Costas as far as I am concerned is Best of the Best!!! I am a US Marine Veteran and came to Tammy for help when all roads seemed exhausted. My scores were not perfect, actually they were tough but Tammy didn't let it STOP us. She worked as hard as anyone I spoke to and was able to our DREAM home CLOSED!!! I spoke to many Mortgage companies Rocket, Wells Fargo, Navy Federal and a few others when same answer... Can't help, keep working on score... which I understood and can respect, but Tammy seen all the work I already did and did her thing and got us APPROVED!!! Now I had to do my part as well but Tammy was always there guiding me and helping me to complete my task. Communication was OUTSTANDING folks, sometimes if your like me and expect answers right away it doesn't happen, but Tammy I can assure you when she knows you'll know!!! So please take my advice and contact Tammy Costas for your Mortgage needs, you won't be sorry I assure you!!! Again, thank you Tammy for EVERYTHING!!!
