I have been a customer with PNC bank for several yrs. The customer service at this branch has really went down hill in the last couple months. The service before was excellent and you were greeted as if you were special. I had a very bad experience at this bank last month and in talking with my husband he did to with the same teller this month. After the bad experience my husband withdrew all of his money out of his saving’s account and open a new account with another bank. He found a bank that greeted him, teller smiled, and was very respectful. After the withdrawal only then, the manager wanted to make it right. It’s too late at that point. Also my encounter involved the manager as well, he ended the conversation with me by saying I can always use the ATM. This branch is no longer personal and waiting in a drive thru line for 30 minutes after they have your transaction is ridiculous. My apologies to all the other PNC banks that treat people with respect and quick turnaround times.

Worst customer service of any PNC branch. I have great experiences at every other PNC. If this were my only option I would’ve taken my money out years ago. Whoever runs this branch should be embarrassed.
