      After my dealings with one of the bankers here today my wife and I will be shopping around for another bank. I've had great service with the other two that work in this branch but between our experiences today and dealing with PNC dragging their feet on a disputed charge thats making us keep the compromised account open we're fed up with PNC as a whole. I will not mention the person's name directly but if someone from PNC reaches out I will explain the whole situation. I left Chase bank for the pushiness and sales pitches that PNC is starting to do as well.

      This PNC Bank location is now a "DIGITAL CENTER". What a joke...the outside ATM wouldn't take a check deposit...had to go inside...and amidst the very dark inside, the 1 employee could only say "I can't understand why that wouldn't work?". PLEASE CLOSE THIS BUILDING if ATM is the only method...a joke but not funny.
