If looking for a loan, Don't get one here unless you can get the finance rate you want to begin with. They are overly judgemental, and do what they can to keep you locked in your original % rate. Great credit score and paying on time are NOT serious factors it seems. ALL loans even when refinancing are treated as new applications..

If I could rate this bank lower than a one star I would...I been coming to this branch for two years cashing a PNC issued check with no problem and today I was told I had to pay ten dollars to have it cashed bc I wasn't a member. I explained that I was just in a month ago and wasn't told of this and then was told they started this a month ago....really..... so I asked nicely if they could cash it this time since I didn't Know and from now one I won't be back by for 2 years never been a problem but now it is and I was told I could pay the fee or leave and go to my bank. I cashed my check bc I was in a hurry and was frustrated to the max!!!!!! How is a bank gonna charge me ten dollars to cash a check that is issued by them just bc o don't have an account!!!!!! O will strongly put the word out for no one to bank with them and they will lose business from my place of work bc of this and will from now on just stick to my bank...wells fargo
