      The manager I just spoke with on the phone was extremely unprofessional. Very unpleasant and monotoned. I asked her to explain something to me and she mocked me! My 5 year old is taught to treat others with respect. I highly suggest sending Bonnie to a customer service class. I will go to another location. If you guys are forced to close, I blame her poor attitude. Thank you.
