      This has been my bank for 15 years and I'm seriously considering a change. They keep closing branches, they aren't ready for customers even when they open late, there's a cap so I can't even get the amount of MY money that I need out when I need it, and then the assistant manager Robin tries to give me the ole "you don't know what we have to deal with as a bank" and "you have to go to another branch if you want to pull out more" when I complain about not having access to MY money. Well guess what I don't have time to drive around all day and try and get my money out. Also I don't really care what you have to deal with as a bank that's why you're the bank. You had no problem taking my money. Update 4/16/22 I see nothing has changed

      Wait times longer then rides at the amusement park here stand in line for a hour to be helped if it wasn’t for Robin being awesome I would have left this bank
