I have been visiting this bank for about 3 years and the people have always been very helpful and friendly. I don't understand why the negative reviews. There are always going to be lines wherever you go and the lines I've seen here are nothing compare to other banks. The only inconvenience, and it's not that bad, is the parking but I have always been able to find one and I have never needed more than a quarter for parking. Perhaps the people that complaint are the ones with the attitude problem and should look at themselves and learn to be patient. We are living in a world where people are always rushing. Peace be still. I do recommend this bank.

This branch has a very, very humble manager. He is very nice and have compassion. Sorry, to close my account after 15 years.

They're not very helpful at this particular location. Mostly eldery people do their banking here and they're literally standing in line much longer than they should be. They check you're credit when you try to open an account also (hence the reason they ask for your social) if your score is low, they will tell you a lie as to why they cannot allow you to open one up. Not helpful and dishonest...SMH!
