Me and my wife walked in to open a joint account and the manager just did not want business? Like what? I did not make an appointment but just walking in the manager had a very bad attitude, instead of directing and advising me on how I could open an account she kept making excuses how I have to call in advance, I have to inform a teller…? Like okay we are past that, what can I do to open an account. Very unprofessional staff and am probably not opening a account at PNC! These people need serious training and need to understand how important it is to value the customers that walk in especially if they are opening a bank account!

From the reviews I believe that I will take my business elsewhere, charging customers to take there hard earned money out is a Huge scam thanks but NO THANKS.
