      I love PNC! I have been with them for a long time! They are always helpful and kind. They answer all questions and have great customer service. They do not have fees like other banks.

      Worst bank ever. Get more staff. I understand being understaffed and shorthanded, but I tried to use the services offered to me on the app to save everyone time, but PNC app doesn't work properly. Having to wait over 40 minutes to make a withdrawel for my money is ridiculous. Also not having the proper staff on the clock. The reason I couldn't get my money is because the teller wasn't authorized to give me that amount. I had to wait for somebody to get off of lunch. Not to mention the lobby full of disgruntled people behind me in line. I miss BBVA. We will be switching banks ASAP.
