      I actually for the 1st time ever want to highly express that PNC Bank has been very helpful to me personally. They've served me for many years now & counting. I like how they've a lot of diverse accounts. Hillcrest branch at Phillipsburg NJ is very clean, has welcoming staffs & they all work together as a team to satisfy customers needs. Dora who is a banker at Hillcrest really helped me a lot when I needed PNC bank to represent me with a personal emergency service. Thank you PNC Bank.

      THEY GOT BETTER...but leaving my original review. I guess to be fair, last year was not the best year for anyone. All businesses deserve more than one change. Here is the original review: Not the best at customer service, although they WILL call when you answer an automatic customer survey. They do their best to welcome you, but after that they seem uninterested in you as a customer. They are doing the LEAST
