      Very poor customer service. I even asked to speak with a manager and no call back from manager. Finally, my appraisal came in low. I was never told that I could dispute the appraisal. I had to find out from another bank. Sad because my first loan was with PNC and was thinking things were coming full circle. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

      I am refinancing my mortgage with PNC right now and I have experienced horrible customer service. Their underwriter(s) is asking for new documents everyday. They asked for the same documents more than four times which means they do not bother to open the files provided to see they have what they asked for. Nobody cares in this bank, specially their mortgage department. I have provided everything they asked for on the same day and it has been more than two months and my refinance is still in a limbo. Very disappointed.
