      I rarely do reviews - especially negative. But we are so incredibly disappointed in PNC Mortgage. It is like pulling teeth to get anyone to respond and even then they are unable to give answers. If you are needing to close on a house in a timely manner I would recommend going else where. In the current market timing is so crucial, it’s incredibly disheartening to work with a company that has no desire to close deals. It truthfully feels like the mortgage aspect of the company is just an after thought and so are the customers that try to use it. In the future we will never use PNC Mortgage. We didn’t expect top level customer service but we at least expected to be treated fairly and like the mortgage leaders care a little bit about closing.
