      I received a letter from this company back in August. I was intrigued by this idea because I didn't want to deal with monthly payments with a traditional loan. My wife and I wanted to do a few home improvements and repairs on the house. The process was really smooth. My account manager Andrew was helpful and kind. He helped us from start to finish to get us the money we needed. He always called us or emailed back in a timely manner which was appreciated. Thank you so much Point! I highly recommend this company if you have equity in your home and want to use that capital for other things (and with no monthly payments!)

      Basically this a scam. They vastly undervalue your home while giving themselves at least 50% of any upside when u sell at the real value. Steer clear. A scam

      I'll never deal with these people ever again. They really never answer the phone or call u back. And I'm honest...gave a total of 8 five star reviews to good legit companies...this one operating out of a broom closet in California got the only 1*....trust me, find someone else
