  I needed to open an account here for a specific purpose and the branch manager said that they were fine to let me open an account for the stated purpose. After opening the account, the terms and conditions of my account repeatedly changed, with the bank manager sometimes calling my cell phone out of the blue to notify me of what changes they were constantly making to our agreement. After having repeated problems with the surly branch manager, who at one point accused me of money laundering, I ended up moving the account somewhere else to a different local bank who gave me absolutely wonderful service. On top of that, their online banking system is amateurish and lacking most modern banking features, and I could never imagine using this bank for regular day-to-day banking.

  Amazing Service!!! For any of the things this bank lacks in comparison to the Bigger Banks, it certainly makes up for in Customer Service. I am always made to feel special and important by each one of the employees and if I am having a bad day I always feel better after walking out of my favorite location.
