      I've been with this bank 15 years! Always have had great service. Friendly teller and Adrian the brand manager has been more then accommodating when I had some disputes. I refer everyone to use PointBank!

      Worst Bank in Denton county by far. There are a few good people in this bank but for the post part it's horrible customer service and the loan department has no clue! what they are doing. If you have customers issues or loan department issues.... You can kiss any chance what so ever of getting it fixed good bye. The bank managers won't even call you back! or they will keep telling you that they are working on it when if fact they are doing nothing!!! Do not trust this bank! they are liars and thieves.
