      BBVA had its issues as a bank, but since PNC bought them out it has been awful. I've never experienced a worse bank in my entire life. They cannot help with anything. I've been trying to get an auto draft removed for 3 months and they cannot do it. They have not given their employees at the bank the authorization to do anything to help anyone. Everything has to go through their corporate office. We will be closing all accounts out as soon as the draft issue is resolved (if it ever is resolved!) I'd give zero stars, but that's not an option.

      I have had nothing but issues with this bank and have hated dealing with you. BBVA was a great bank y'all are absolute trash.

      They bought out BVVA. We were told the same online bank login would work for the new bank. It didn’t. Every time I call their phone number I get hung up on by the automated system within 30 seconds. No way to reach an actual human by phone when the phone hangs up on you. Not impressed at all.
