      I love this bank, it's not always an ideal situation but they always make it right!! They are 100% about customer service and I find that rare in todays times. I wouldn't want to bank anywhere else. Point Bank in Pilot Point is the BEST and so are the employees!!!!

      It is a very slow Bank in all processes. It really is to have a lot of patience in everything. It is not able to make things easier like in other banks. I say this from my experience. Greetings from T,X USA

      Had the misfortune to work with them to close an account my deceased Uncle had with the bank. I am very thankful we were working with an attorney through the process as initially was told incorrect information about who was entitled to the funds. If you are in a similiar situation, seek legal advise if possible.
