      Bad service. I wanted to make a small deposit into my account and the two ladies occupying their chairs, just told me they didn't have an atm and that was that. Know other solution were offered. Never returnig to this place...

      Palam Federal Credit Union was established to help members unable to communicate well in English with their banking needs. Nowadays immigrants from Poland are very well educated and speak English, so the need for such a credit union has been minimized. For the privilege of being able to communicate in their native language members are charged much higher rates on real estate loans then at other Credit unions or Banks. In addition to that commitments issued by the credit union are often unforfield forcing borrowers to potential losses. My message is very simple members beware and don't trust POLAM federal credit union!
