  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If it was possibly to add NO STARS I would. But here’s 1 Star they don’t deserve. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I felt extremely discriminated against as a woman and as a single mother. Once I had a man get involved suddenly answers started coming in along with responses. They released my credit information and loan information to a man who was not on the loan. They even negotiated the terms with him without my consent. When I asked them why they would do this they said “he is gifting you the down payment if it wasn’t for him there would be no loan”. So that means he has rights to all of my personal information and control of my loan terms? What is the 1950/? Talk about of violation of privacy. There was an “accidental” second credit pull done over 30 days from the initial. Without consent or even notice to me. I had to ask them about it. Then lastly I had a conversation with the person I was working with, Bo. Where he was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. He was degrading and yelled over me. He told me to “get real” I told him I felt he was being discriminatory and retaliatory to which he LAUGHED at me. And mocked me. Their account manager defended them like a lawyer. He told me bo was offensive because he was on vacation and caught wind that the other manager , account manager and another branch were involved. To which I said validated my feelings of his actions being retaliatory. We are now lesss than a week from closing date and I am forced to completely start over and may lose the house if the seller is not willing to extend the closing date. BUYERS BEWARE.
