  Update: I’m changing my review because I returned to Polaris 8 months later, at the suggestion of a realtor, and received excellent customer service! Mike answered all my questions and the process to apply for pre-approval was fast and easy and only took a few hours. My first experience was not the best but I’m glad I returned. Very poor customer service. It has been about two months since I’ve contacted them to see if I could get pre-approved for a loan and I still have not gotten an answer. I had reached out to Jeff several times and provided them with all the information that was requested in a timely manner and no one had gotten back to me. After about 3 weeks of waiting, calling and emailing for an update, I texted Jeff that I was going to be using another Polaris loan company because it shouldn’t take this long for a simple Yes or No (as it’s only a pre-approval application) which he called me that day and stated that he was sending my loan application to be looked over and he will get back to me the following week, no later than Thursday... I still have not heard anything and at this point I’m tired of chasing them for a responses.

  Jeff and Mona are the best they made is made my loan process smooth and easy I would recommend them highly to anybody try I like to anybody trying to buy a house They went above and beyond to help me in any way they could And thanks to them I purchased my 1st

  Mr. Freshwater and his team are awesome! They helped my husband and I buy our first home...it was stress free loan process and great service for first time home buyers. Cant thank them enough!
