  Great Customer Service: Special Kudos to Laura F. Whether it’s a simple deposit/withdrawal situation or something more intricate, I always receive great customer service here at the Upper Marlboro Branch. Just recently, I needed copies of years-old statements and numerous transactions that are no longer available for download via the website. It was a stroke of luck when my call was answered by Laura F. When I explained my dilemma, the solution was not immediately apparent, but Laura (while teleworking!) went above and beyond. She checked for and tried various potential solutions and did not stop until she was able to provide me with the data I needed, and in the exact format most useful to me. She was both patient and personable throughout the entire process, a real MVP.

  If you bank here I suggest you withdraw your money and go to another bank. It has now been 2 days that their system has been down and I’m unable to pay my bills. To top matters off, I guess they decided that they are tired of hearing their members complain so much so that they haven’t even picked up anyone calls today. It’s is very unprofessional and I will no longer bank with them.

  I never been a member of a bank that when the system goes down it stays down for over 24 hours. Can’t use my card, make purchases, or pay bills or transfer money. A few hours I get it but over 24 hours is totally unacceptable. Update so the system was down for a over 48 hours. Now today the third day the system is back up and now I see that my account is negative -$700. If the system wasn’t down so long and I knew what was going on with my account I would have been able to make the proper adjustments to avoid such a hard hit to my account. I called to ask if it was anything that can be done and don’t seem like anyone cares to help or at least to make the situation better. I have been a customer for over 8 years and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Now someone thats living paycheck to paycheck has nothing until next check which I won’t have for another 2 weeks. Think I will be finding another company to bank with.
