      These 5 stars are for Ms/Mrs Klaudia M. for helping out with payment over the phone. PSFCU is really hard to get in touch with, if you do not live in the area where PSFCU banks are you can only rely on online payments or, if it's a complicated payment due to online service failure, your only options is to give a call, and it's really hard to get in touch with a person who can really do the job right. 3 out of 4 persons I have talked were living in the moon I guess. One star is for prompts on phone call options, just 5 star for the person who really helped me out.

      Cashiers and customer service share private information with random people! This union is one big mistake.

      Closing my account and taking it to another bank! The staff has always been great no complaints there. But debit cards are not secured here. I have fraudulent transactions every single year and need to block my card and order a new one. This happens too often! Not secure at all. I just had fraudulent transactions last month, got my new card last week and withing a week have yet another fraudulent transaction. Absolutely ridiculous. I have an account in another institution for many years and that has never happened to me. This is not acceptable and I am sick and tired of being put in this situation of having to block and renew my card. Having to reapply my automatic payment methods all over again with my bills. PSFCU, find a better way to secure your members dollars!!! I am done with this nonsense!

      Dear Eva, The security of our members’ accounts and transactions is our top priority, and we are sorry to hear about the problems with your debit card. Please understand, that transactions paid with your debit card were paid over the websites or merchants you chose. Even though our Credit Union is taking every opportunity to remind our members to stay secure by performing transactions with trusted merchants, fraudulent transactions may happen for a variety of reasons beyond our control. Subsequent blocking and card reissue is a security measure to protect your money in the account.
