      It is just not possible to express by words how terrible the customer service at this bank has become. Just pray that you'll never need their customer service because they will make you wait a very long amount of time and then most likely they won't be able to help you. This branch used to be run wonderfully by Mr. Steven Gomez; unfortunately now that he is gone the people that work in this branch are incompetent and just bluntly rude. They will treat you poorly even if you have been a great customer for years. I choose TD Bank 16 years ago and I decided to close my account today because these people are just unbearable.

      I have never been to this branch and not waited an absurd amount of time. Place is literally empty, 5 employees here, and I am waiting 45min to do a wire transfer that TD Bank requires is done at a branch in person. Someone’s machine is on the fritz, someone doesn’t have access to the specific service that I need done, etc. there’s always some excuse that wastes a significant amount of my time to do something that should be a quick visit to the bank. I’ve had faster service at the post office.
