  WHY ARE YOU CLOSING THE BRANCH BEFORE YOUR CLOSING HOURS?!?!?!?!

  Dear Luka, The safety and well-being of our members and employees is our highest priority . On that particular date, we were forced to close the branch you visited early due to the illness of some of its employees and posted appropriate notice on the entrance door. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience to you and other affected PSFCU members.

  It was in this location that I found Mrs. Clerk who was very nice. I was in the bank to pay off my Dad's credit card, in which the Lady asked about his date of birth. I did not remember his exact date in the documents because at his birth there was a mistake, a different date in the record than when he was really born. It took me a while, because the lady said aloud, "What a daughter you are, because you do not know your Father's birthday". I didn't know what to say ... I was very embarrassed. I just regret that I did not remember her name and I did not complain, and better not told her teeth, she took off her artificial crown, because the fact that she is sitting on a chair behind the window does not mean that it is possible to treat other people in a rude way. You were around 1950s ... I don't even use "P" in a capital letter anyway because I don't deserve it ... As a former Miss Polonia, and a participant in many programs and artistic performances among Poles, I met many fantastic people who really respect each other ... Here, the lady from the Bank acted completely different. Maybe she tried to show me what an exemplary daughter should be ...
